Regarding the Passport Information Leak breach, the consulting company was hired help for Obama BUT also was the consultant of Information Technology for the Bush Administration.

Also all companies OUTSOURCE. So does the US government. All of our personal information is at the mercy of a terciary party, so what does that say about our government?

    I don’t think Bush or Condi review individual applications. Not everything is a right wing conspiracy.

    It means that someone like Obama can hire a consulting firm that works for the Bush Administration and Federal Government, and may be able to get access to our personal information through a third party.

    Our Government is interested in fireing Federal workers and getting their buddies to start companies to hire replacements they pay them 1/2 the wages but charge the government 4 times the price.

    As it stands…the evidence could be used by both sides.

    A) Bush’s people were spying on Obama to dig up evidence of a connection to foreign subversives or something.

    OR

    B) The intruders were acting on Obama’s behalf by accessing his files (reminiscent of the Clinton incident of yore) in order for him to regain his underdog status and draw attention away from the Wright fiasco.

    Take your pick.

    When I hear Government Contractor, I think Patronage job. We established the civil service to try to keep jobs from going to politacal hacks and remove another potential source of bribes…..Well looks likewe have found a way around it.

    Remember the shuttle Columbia? Who made all the decisions to NOT check it and address the concerns of the professional engineers? Who got fired after it broke up on re-entry.

    The “consultants” made the decision to bring it back…said it was too expensive to double check it. They fired the professional engineers that were on the gov’t payroll.
