Is there a market for providing training in the general concepts of technology to consumers and small biz?

I have a side business where I provide Geek Squad-like support. I also work in a Mom & Pop used computer store. The only thing that I feel true entrepreneurial spirit for is teaching/training tech stuff. I’m a slow learner, so I don’t have as much to offer businesses in providing support for their technology as most of my competition. Even though I provide better customer service on the things I do support, I feel like I’ll never be the “one stop shop” that businesses expect in a consultant. I’ve found that fast learners (most who are successful in the tech fields) are deficient teachers. I’ve found the career colleges to be a racket. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Stop in to see existing schools - try to find a niche in their curriculum that you can fill. Maybe they aren’t offering a needed course because a) they have not thought about it (they don’t know everything) or B) they haven’t met anyone with the needed skill-set.
Of course, you could do very well providing your knowledge to a global audience who are searching for the expertise you have. How do you get connected to that targeted warm market? Drop me an email. I’ll be pleased to send along a link that could give you perspective on this.
